COMPANY OVERVIEW

Asaplus Resources Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of Singapore as a public company limited by shares on 24 April 2012 and became an Australian Registered Body (ARBN 158 717 492) registered under the Corporations Act on 22 June 2012.

The strategic objectives of the Company are:

  1. to create shareholder value through conducting successful exploration programme on the Silverstone Project and, if found to be economically viable, to bring it to production;
  2. to build the Company’s portfolio of iron ore assets in the Datian county area of Fujian Province in the PRC; and
  3. to assess and, if warranted, acquire other iron ore projects that have potential to add value to the Company.

Currently, the Group owns the Silverstone Project, which it intends to develop to be a full production iron ore mine.
